LECTIO MAGISTRALIS: Silio Bozzi. The myth of the crime scene: between paradox and happiness.
Silio Bozzi explores the ambiguous allure of the crime scene, navigating the realms of the collective imagination, pop culture and investigative reality. A journey into paradox: why does the tragic fascinate us? And what does happiness have to do with it? An original reflection that weaves together criminology and philosophy to examine our desire for meaning and justice.
A criminologist and writer, Silio Bozzi has spent years studying organised crime, juvenile delinquency and the analysis of social marginalisation. He has published numerous essays and academic articles, collaborating with research institutes and universities. His approach integrates clinical criminology, psychology, sociology and philosophy, with a particular focus on the prevention and treatment of deviant behaviour. He combines academic work with public engagement, promoting a culture of informed and critical respect for the law.

LECTIO MAGISTRALIS: Vito Mancuso. Everything I have learnt so far about the joy of living.
Here, Mancuso weaves together philosophy, theology and personal experience to recount a journey towards joy as the fullest form of existence. Not a fleeting emotion, but a profound state of being, born of inner freedom and harmony with oneself and the world. An invitation to view life as both a gift and a responsibility, navigating through wounds without losing sight of the light.
A theologian, philosopher and essayist, Vito Mancuso has taught modern and contemporary theology at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University and contributes to leading Italian publications. His books, including "L’anima e il suo destino" (The Soul and Its Destiny), "Io e Dio" (Me and God) e "La vita autentica" (The Authentic Life), have been highly successful and sparked a lively debate on the relationship between faith, reason and freedom. His reflections combine spiritual depth with critical rigour, offering an ethical vision grounded in personal responsibility and intellectual autonomy.
